Terms of Service
Please review our policies carefully before purchasing advertising, phones, or plans.
No refunds on advertising for any reason. Phones carry a 30-day limited return policy with a 25% restocking fee. No refunds on plan minutes.
Advertising & Directory Listings
- ALL SALES ON ADVERTISING ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS on advertising, directory listings, SEO slots, or optimization services for any reason.
- Directory plans (Basic $500/6 months and Platinum $2,000/6 months) are billed for the full 6-month term and are non-refundable once purchased.
- Amerishop Services LLC does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, lead volume, or sales results.
Phones — Returns & Warranty
- 30-DAY LIMITED RETURN POLICY on all phones. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- A 25% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returned phones.
- Returned phones must be in original condition with the OEM box and all included accessories.
- ALL NEW PHONES COME WITH A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Warranty claims are handled through the device manufacturer.
Phone Plans & Wireless Service
- NO REFUNDS ON PLAN MINUTES, data, or any monthly plan charges once service is activated.
- Plans are month-to-month with no contract; you may cancel future billing at any time, but the current billing period is non-refundable.
